Annual Meeting

Annual meeting of the membership of the church. The financial reports for the fiscal year just completed on December 31 will be presented along with the proposed budgets for the new year. The slate of nominees for postions on various boards will also be presented. Only active members may vote but all those interested are welcome to attend this annual meeting.

REGISTER FOR THE MEETING HERE by Monday 1/31.  After registering, you will receive a confirmation email with information about joining the meeting.   (Note: Each voting member will need to login on a separate device, we encourage you to test this out prior to the meeting.)

PROXY DESIGNATION FORM HERE by Monday 1/31.  As a reminder, only a "voting member" of Westgate Church may vote for you on a proxy.
