Annual Meeting

Annual meeting of the membership of the church. The financial reports for the fiscal year just completed on December 31 will be presented along with the proposed budgets for the new year. The slate of nominees for postions on various boards will also be presented. Only active members may vote but all those interested are welcome to attend this annual meeting.

If you are unable to attend but would like to be counted in the quorum and would like your vote counted, please complete the Proxy Form. You must designate another active member who will be in attendance to vote on your behalf and submit your proxy to the clerk prior to the start of the meeting.
