Eric attended Westgate as a high school student until 2013 before leaving New England to earn a B.A. in Biblical Studies from Moody Bible Institute. There, Eric met his wife Stephanie and remained in Chicagoland until returning to serve at Westgate in 2020 as Assistant Pastor. Eric and Stephanie have two little boys, Elliot and Jadon, who keep them active! Currently, Eric is enrolled at Reformed Theological Seminary pursuing a Master of Divinity through their Hybrid-MDiv program.
Eric is passionate about the Gospel and helping others learn how the Gospel is relevant for all of life. Eric has been involved in local church ministry since his time at Westgate. And, it is within the local church context where he was given opportunities to lead, teach, and preach. Naturally, Eric grew a deep love for the local church. Overall, something that Eric wants to do, is help others grow in their affections for Christ.
Eric is a die-hard Celtics fan. He's also just a big NBA fan. Aside from his love of basketball, he enjoys coffee, reading, music, and photography.
