Pistachio Cake

• Mix together 2 tablespoons sugar and 2 teaspoons of cinnamon.  
• Shape dough by rounded spoonfuls into balls.  Roll balls of dough in mixture.  Place 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheets.  
• Bake 8 to 10 minutes, or until set but not too hard. Remove immediately from baking sheets. 

• Slice in 24 even pieces.
• Bake in preheated 350 oven for 8-10 min or until light brown.

• For best results, take them out while they are still doughy.
• Allow cookies to cool for 1 minute on the cookie sheets before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.
